Among the first type we can find animals which eat little aquatic plants or animals which eat other aquatic animals. But not all of these animals are equal, because there are animals which can breathe under the water, like fish, and others which have to go outside of the water, like dolphins. In this group are included, among others, all the different types of fish, the octopus and some mammals. The aquatic mammals are, for example, the dolphin or the whale.

In the second group are included animals which can be in the water or in the land, without this being a problem for their health. Here we can find frogs, ducks, crocodiles…

The aquatic animals can live in the different types of water: river, sea, ocean or lakes.
