AQUATIC ANIMALS
Hello boys and girls!
Today is the turn to talk about AQUATIC
ANIMALS. This kind of animals can swim, so they can stay under the water during
long time periods. In this category we include animals which are all her life
in the water and animals which can be in the water and in the land.
Among the first type we can find animals which
eat little aquatic plants or animals which eat other aquatic animals. But not
all of these animals are equal, because there are animals which can breathe
under the water, like fish, and others which have to go outside of the water,
like dolphins. In this group are included, among others, all the different
types of fish, the octopus and some mammals. The aquatic mammals are, for
example, the dolphin or the whale.
In the second group are included animals which
can be in the water or in the land, without this being a problem for their
health. Here we can find frogs, ducks, crocodiles…
The aquatic animals can live in the different
types of water: river, sea, ocean or lakes.

These animals usually have got four legs and they are mammals. The mammals' animals are born from the womb of their mother and they eat her milk when they are babies. Besides, they usually have got a snout and a lot of teeth in their mouth.
We can see ground animals around the world. A lot of them live near us, such as the cats, the horses or the cows. However, other ground animals live in faraway places, for example the monkeys in the jungle or the camels in the desert.
